Glitter describes an assortment of small, flat, reflective particles. Glitter particles reflect light at different angles, causing the surface to sparkle or shimmer. Glitter is like confetti or sequins, only smaller.

In 2011 Beta Chemical start Manufacturing Glitter powder locally to provide quality goods and to cover up the demand locally and internationally in the name of N.S. INDUSTRY with the brand name ZORITAX. This was totally new in Bangladesh.

Size & Shape: The shape of glitter powder is “Hexagonal“. We produce glitter powder of 3(three) different sizes. Which is:

1. Size: 1/128 or 0.06″
2. Size: 1/96 or 0.08″
3. Size: 1/64 or 0.15″

Stability: Stable under normal temperatures and pressures.

Ironing 110°C, (15 sec)
Dry Heat 180°C, (60 sec)

Packing: 5/kg PP bag and 4 bags in a Carton.

Environmental Friendly Glitter Paste GP-100 is a specific bonding agent which has good compatibility with glitter powder and strong bonding strength with fabrics. It can be used for printing fabrics and braided fabrics. It features good adhesion, transparency and elasticity after processing.

Aberrant can be added or the process can be adjusted according to practical conditions. If it is dry, 0.5% of glycerin can be added.

Features
The coating is colorless and transparent, and can preserve the color and luster of the original glitter binder without dimming it.
The coating has great water resistance.
The product features great bonding strength. The fabric has great dry/wet/ rubbing/brushing fastness after printing
Good permeability and easy operation.

Some Notes:
Environmental Friendly Glitter Paste GP-100 should be stored in dark and cool places (5-30℃), and should be kept away from strong light exposure and freezing temperature.
Tie the plastic bag after using to prevent the product from contacting the air.
The mixed liquid should be used up within 12 hours.
Once the product spills onto skin, please wash with water. Please handle with caution and do NOT spill into eyes. Once it spills into eyes, wash with large amount of water and consult a doctor.

Beta Chemical provide Screen Printing Mesh or Bolting Cloth. Bolting Cloth/screen printing mesh is woven from yarn that is extruded from heated polyester into a single strand. The extruded thread is the spun to a precise diameter. Conventional polyester bolting cloth fabric will elongate under tension: the higher the tension level. the more the thread can stretch. At excessive tension levels. the thread reaches its “plastic deformation” point, and the screen will no longer hold tension.

Beta Chemicals polyester bolting cloth screen bolting cloth in low-elongation and high tensile strength with a wide range of mesh counts and significant advantages compared with traditional polyester mesh. Our imported mesh range form 15mesh(6T)-420mesh(165T). width :0.6m to 3.9m ,and three color available : White and Yellow.
