In 2019, Bornona Group began its journey as a private company offering affordable domain and web hosting, online skill development, complete IT services, and custom graphic design services. On October 15th, 2019, the domain bornona.com was registered. At that time, Bornona Group provided graphic designs and had a YouTube channel, Dark-Blue Oxygen. In December 2019, Bornona Group launched an e-commerce platform called Oxygen's Gallery.

However, in March 2020, during the pandemic, Oxygen's Gallery and Dark-Blue Oxygen were both closed. On March 28th, 2020, Bornona Group launched a free online educational platform called Mentors School, where students could develop their skills without any cost. Mentors School also ran a number of online campaigns for students.

Group acquired an online news portal called Morning Press, which was permanently closed in August 2022. October 2021 saw the launch of BongoTalk, a social media platform, which was also closed in August 2022.
