At Bacto Crop, we are striving to revolutionize the agricultural industry in Bangladesh. We are the first Agri-Tech startup to use microorganisms as a research-focused tool. Our goal is to shorten the seed germination period, increase the germination rate, and accelerate seedling growth. We accomplish this through the use of Mycorrhiza (Fungi), Phosphate-fixing bacteria, Nitrogen-fixing bacteria such as Azotobacter, Azospirillum, and rhizobacteria, particularly Bacillus subtilis, as microbial biofertilizers, biopesticides, seed treatments, and soil treatments.

Further, our mission is to reduce the information gap among Bangladeshi farmers regarding modern agricultural technologies, land management, and scientific methods of crop production, as well as market demand. We strive to educate
