Review of Lavender Super Store

I tried to return a box of biscuits that were full of ants and was informed by the store manager I needed to bring the actual biscuits back to get a refund. This to me is crazy and certainly not offering customer service or common sense. They have lost a good customer here and Unimart has gained a loyal patron.
