Question for NordicExpress Limited

Since Kazakhstan has no embassy in dhaka rather it operates from New Delhi office. I want to send my visa application along with passport is there any provision of getting the documents back to me having visa and take payment from me in dhaka? A quick answer would be very helpful in this regard.
