Question for I.R RUBBER INDUSTRIES

Bangladesh has an appropriate climate and potential labor force for producing natural rubber. But we could not meet desirable domestic & foreign demand. What is our main restriction? How can we get maximum output from rubber industry in Bangladesh against our capacity?
